A unique screw rotor with 3-stage continuous variable method (patented) is adopted. Therefore, process stability was secured by reducing power, low exhaust temperature, low vibration, and low noise. It is a new product designed to be suitable for vacuum processes in various fields and boasts optimum vacuum efficiency and durability.
